Our Dedicated Staff
Our dedicated staff is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to ensure our clients are provided the best care. The Quality Department at the Denver corporate office acts as the client advocate for all of Options’ clients. The client advocate role is dedicated to ensuring quality care is being provided to all clients and that they are able to live in a safe, healthy environment.
The Quality Department facilitates a team dedicated to ensuring clients with extreme medical issues or high staffing needs are given the visibility and attention required to provide quality care. They also monitor all reports of client incidents which include, but are not limited to, client complaints, allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation, home visits, and health related issues. The Quality Team works to enhance and strengthen our relationships with our clients by improving service quality, being proactive and implementing preventative measures. They also are consistently working to improve internal processes to offer better services for all clients.
