Our Dedicated Staff

Our Dedicated staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that our Clients receive the best care. The Quality Department at our Denver corporate office acts as a Client advocate for all clients of Options. The role of Client advocate is dedicated to ensuring that all Clients are provided with quality care and that they can live in a safe and healthy environment.

The Quality Department has a dedicated team to ensure that those Clients who have extreme medical problems or have much need of attention by high staff visibility, or have extreme attention needs receive quality care. They also monitor all incident reports submitted by Clients, including but not limited to, Client complaints, allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation, home visits and health-related problems. The Quality Team works to improve and strengthen our relationships with our Clients by improving the service quality, being proactive and implementing preventive measures. Also constantly working to improve internal processes and provide better services to all Clients.
